Problem with a purchase?

We carefully check each item that we dispatch and do our best to pack your order securely. In the event that the item arrives damaged or if the wrong item is received, please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 14 days (2 weeks) and we will arrange to resolve it straight away, by replacing the item or refunding the value of your purchase. Please check the product description for size information and full details before making a purchase. 

If you have bought an item in error and wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days (2 weeks) of purchase to request the return. We will try our best to accommodate your returns on products in their original packaging. Shipping costs may apply if you choose to return goods.
